By accessing or using ProdHub (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
You agree to use the Service for its intended purpose of personal productivity and project management. You are solely responsible for the data you enter and manage within the application.
The Service offers an optional feature to sync with your Google Calendar. By enabling this feature, you grant the application temporary, read-only permission to access your calendar events solely for the purpose of displaying them within the Service's schedule view.
We do not store, modify, or share your calendar data. You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall ProdHub or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
