Privacy Policy

ProdHub is a personal productivity application that helps you manage tasks, habits, notes, and goals. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to being fully transparent about how we handle your data.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account data – Your Google account name, email address, and profile picture, used for authentication via Firebase Authentication.
• App data – Tasks, habits, notes, goals, and related entries stored in Cloud Firestore under your unique user ID.
• Google Calendar data – If you sync your calendar, we request read-only access to display events. We never store calendar data on our servers.

• To authenticate you and display your personal data.
• To sync your productivity data across devices.
• To display your Google Calendar events within the schedule view.

All data is stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication), protected by Google's enterprise-grade security. Your data is accessible only to your authenticated account. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

ProdHub uses the following Google services, governed by Google's Privacy Policy:

• Firebase Authentication – identity management
• Cloud Firestore – data storage
• Firebase Hosting – app delivery
• Google Calendar API – read-only event display (optional)

• Delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app.
• Revoke Google Calendar access at any time via your Google Account settings.
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us via GitHub.

ProdHub is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
